• Obtaining damages in excess of £1 million for a motorcycle rider who suffered life changing injuries caused by a defect in the surface of the road.
• Securing a settlement for a Claimant who was struck by a car when crossing a road at night. The Claimant suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple physical injuries. Liability was disputed throughout by the driver’s insurer, but obtained damages of over £2 million.
• Acted for a pedestrian who was the victim of a road rage incident where he was run over twice by the Defendant, causing devasting and life altering injuries. Claim valued at in excess of £5 million.
• Acts for a number of children who have suffered devastating injuries at birth, which have included securing interim payments of over £1 million to fund the purchase of and subsequent adaptation of an appropriate property. Cases which will and have lead to multi million pound settlements for the Claimants.
