Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Office: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.

Due to the continuous growth of the Commercial Property department at Farleys Solicitors LLP, we are currently looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to join our award winning team at our Manchester city centre office.

The role would suit a candidate with between 1 – 5 years PQE but all levels of experience will be considered.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in commercial property, including experience dealing with business leases, sales and purchases and financial lending. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills and who will work as part of a wider team to deliver exceptional client experience.

Role: IT Assistant
Office: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.

Farleys Solicitors LLP are looking to recruit an IT Assistant to co-ordinate with the IT Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s IT platform. The firm comprises of approximately 140 users located over 6 offices, the role will be based out of the Manchester office but occasional travel to other sites will be required. The successful applicant will have a full UK driving licence and their own transport.

A varied role that requires excellent interpersonal skills together with technical know-how, knowledge in the following areas would be advantageous:

• SOS Connect Case Management
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Office
• Basic networking
• Previous experience in a legal environment

The role encompasses many aspects and includes –
• General IT Support
• General IT Administration
• Training of new users on the firm’s case management system
• Amending and developing the firm’s case management system

Training will be provided for the firm’s case management system.

Applicants will have proven IT experience and be subject to a DBS check if successful.
