What Can I Expect from a Health and Safety Investigation?
If you have been accused of gross negligence or of violating any other form of health and safety legislation, you can expect to receive requests for the provision of information relevant to the case and to be interviewed under Police caution. Not all health and safety cases proceed to court, however if it is deemed necessary in your case you will be notified in advance by a court summons.
Throughout these stages the solicitors at Farleys’ SCU will be on hand to provide guidance and legal advice. We will represent you during the interview process and prepare the strongest possible case for your defence using our extensive legal knowledge and resources.
