Leah Whitehead

Solicitor

Leah is a solicitor in Farleys’ Actions Against Detaining Authorities (AADA) department. She specialises in representing victims of child abuse in claims against the Local Authority and victims of violent crime in Criminal Injury Compensation Authority claims.

Leah qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 after achieving a first-class law degree at the University of Liverpool and a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She joined Farleys in February 2024 with six years of valuable litigation experience dealing with personal injury claims.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys hiking and camping in the Lake District, watching live music, and loves to travel.
