Blackburn and Burnley offices – ***Please Note*** In response to the current situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have adapted our family law clinic in order to continue to provide the service to our communities. Our clinic will continue but will be by way of a pre-arranged telephone appointment only for the time-being. Please do not attend at the office. To book your telephone appointment, please call 01254 606000.
Here at Farleys, our family law team realise that finding the time to fit personal appointments into your daytime schedule is not always possible. This is why we run an out of hours clinic at our Blackburn and Burnley offices; allowing people to gain access to quality legal advice they need without having to take time off work.
The clinics run every Thursday from 4.00 to 6.00pm at our Blackburn and Burnley offices.
To book a 15 minute meeting with one of our family team, please call our Blackburn or Burnley offices and you will be allocated the next available appointment. Appointments may be given on a drop in basis but please be aware that the next available appointment may not be for that day.
Due to demand, our Family Law Clinics are limited to a one off 15 minute initial appraisal. If you require any further advice thereafter we will inform you of the options available to you. Further attendance at our Clinic is not permitted.
At our out of hours family clinic, you can see an experienced family lawyer who will be able to advise you in relation to any family issue you may have, be it divorce, financial settlement, children matters, domestic abuse, or any other issue.
Matters involving family law are often highly emotive, especially with matters involving children; this is why it is imperative that you are able to access quality legal advice at a time that is suitable for you. When you visit us at one of our clinics you can be assured that your case will be treated with the upmost sensitivity and discretion by a specialist family law solicitor. Our wealth of expertise in this area allows us to propose solutions that are right for you and your family, as we assess each case on an individual basis.
