Farleys HR Advantage can also be designed for your business to include insurance to cover the litigation defence costs for employment tribunal claims and the costs of compensation awards and settlements.

Your business may also elect to have the benefit of Pursuit cover designed to cover the costs of enforcing post-termination restrictions.

A typical Farleys HR Advantage package includes:
