Farleys is proud to continue our longstanding support of the Blackburn Beer & Gin Festival as the headline sponsor for 2026.
The Beer Festival, entering its 11th year, will be held once again at Blackburn Rugby Club and will offer visitors a chance to try dozens of different beers, ales and gins. Guests will also be able to enjoy rugby across the weekend as well as musical entertainment and food stalls.
Over the years, the festival has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated annual gatherings.
The Blackburn Beer Festival is more than just a celebration of great beer, it’s a vital fundraiser for Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone, an organisation dedicated to providing young people with a safe and inspiring space to learn, socialise, and develop new skills. Each year, the festival raises significant funds that directly benefit local youth initiatives.
Ian Liddle, Managing Partner at Farleys, commented:
“We are delighted to once again headline sponsor the Blackburn Beer Festival. Supporting this event has always been about more than enjoying a great day out; it’s about giving back to our community and helping Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone continue its incredible work with young people. As founding sponsors, we’re proud to see how the festival has grown over the years, and we look forward to raising a glass with everyone in 2026.”
Tamara Hitchen, Events and Stewardship Manager at Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone, added:
“The continued support from Farleys means so much to us and to the young people we serve. The Blackburn Beer & Gin Festival is one of our most important fundraising events of the year, and Farleys’ commitment as headline sponsor helps ensure we can keep our doors open and our services accessible to thousands of young people across Blackburn and Darwen. We’re incredibly grateful for their ongoing partnership and hands-on support.”
