Stephen Bolton

Business Development Manager

Stephen joined Farleys in November 2024 to lead the firm’s efforts in promoting its services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and increasing Farleys’ brand presence across the Northwest.

With a commercially minded approach, Stephen focuses on delivering exceptional campaigns designed to add real value to clients and the business alike. Passionate about partnerships and collaborations, he works closely with key associates to drive meaningful connections that enhance Farleys’ offering and reputation.

Stephen brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including his instrumental contribution to growing the commercial arm of Lancashire Business View since its inception in 2005. His work culminated in the magazine winning Magazine of the Year at the Prolific North Awards in 2019. Stephen was also a driving force behind the success of the prestigious Red Rose Awards, which was named Business Event of the Year at the National PPA Connect Awards in 2014.

More recently, Stephen has spearheaded the creation and delivery of high-profile events such as Lancashire Day and the Festival of Business, which celebrate the region’s vibrant business community.

Outside of work, Stephen is an avid gym enthusiast, a fair-weather supporter of Blackburn Rovers, an average golfer, and has a strong passion for all things Formula 1.
