Associate Partner
Seb joined Farleys in May 2025 as an Associate Partner having previously worked at a number of established city centre practices.
He acts for Insolvency Practitioners, asset based lenders, directors and corporates and has over 14 years’ experience in providing advice on all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, with a particular emphasis on transactional and turnaround work. In particular, Seb has been involved in a number of high profile business and asset sales and acquisitions and has considerable experience in advising stakeholders on the key issues arising in insolvency.
Seb also has experience advising Insolvency Practitioners in relation to technical Insolvency Act applications, including administration applications, remuneration applications and applications to sell assets in an Administration that are subject to fixed charge security.
