Rebecca is an Associate Partner in the Employment Law & HR department at Farleys.
Rebecca advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentions employment law for both employer and individual clients. She supports small, medium and large businesses from both a HR and employment law perspective.
Known for her client-centric approach, Rebecca builds long-term relationships with clients, offering proactive, clear and strategic advice supporting their business objectives and protecting against potential legal pitfalls. She is a trusted advisor to HR departments, senior leadership teams, and in-house legal teams.
Rebecca’s pragmatic advice covers a wide range of everyday employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and business reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination, contracts of employment, policies & procedures, and settlement agreements.
Her extensive experience in representing clients at employment tribunals includes unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. She conducts case management preliminary hearings, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for clients while working to resolve disputes efficiently.
Rebecca also advises on all aspects of employment related to corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, share purchase agreements and service or consultancy agreements.
