Partner

Richard handles a range of corporate law matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture arrangements, share option and incentive schemes, MBOs, reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association as well as general constitutional and governmental matters.

He acts for clients across the SME market, in particular owner-managed businesses, family businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Richard has a strong client base nationally within the healthcare market and has particular expertise in advising independent businesses within the optics industry on a range of legal matters including the sale and purchase of their practices.
