Farleys Solicitors has announced a new round of promotions across the firm, recognising the achievements and continued contribution of colleagues working across a range of teams and roles.

The promotions reflect Farleys’ ongoing commitment to developing talent at all levels of the business and supporting career progression throughout the firm.

John Bradfield-Kay, Private Client Solicitor, and Natalie Dolman, Commercial Property Solicitor, have both been promoted to Associate Partner. Business Development Manager Stephen Bolton has also been promoted to Associate Partner. Their promotions recognise not only their individual performance but also their role in supporting colleagues and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

A number of colleagues have also been promoted to Senior Associate, reflecting their experience, dedication and progression within the firm. These include Atif Nazir (Commercial Litigation), Jade Jump (Personal Injury), Laura Murphy (Personal Injury), Olivia Cooper (Corporate Insolvency and Commercial Litigation), Charlotte Searle (Private Client), Debbie Scully (Private Client), Julie Fishwick (Conveyancing), Donna Jackson (Conveyancing), and Andrea Edwards (Conveyancing). Each has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality work and has shown a clear commitment to developing their skills and supporting clients.

The firm has also recognised the vital contribution of its support teams, with promotions including Louise Cumberbatch, Kaye Chadwick, Joann Chilstone, and Christina Rimmer to Senior Secretary roles. These promotions reflect the important role support colleagues play in the smooth running of the firm and the delivery of an excellent client experience.

Carol Liptrot has been promoted to Post Completions Lead, recognising her expertise and the key role she plays in overseeing post‑completion processes and supporting colleagues across the business.
