Olivia joined Farleys’ Insolvency and Commercial Litigation department in July 2020 as an Insolvency Executive, based at the firm’s Preston office. In this role she covered both contentious and non-contentious matters across personal and corporate insolvency on behalf of insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and debtors. Further, Olivia also assisted clients involved in commercial litigation cases involving breaches of contract, property disputes, debt recovery, director and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.

Before joining Farleys, Olivia studied at the University of Liverpool, obtaining a first class honours degree in Law in 2019. She then went on to study the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law in 2020 where she achieved a Distinction.
