Solicitor
Olivia is a Solicitor in Farleys’ Insolvency and Commercial Litigation department based at the firm’s Preston office. In this role she covers both contentious and non-contentious matters across personal and corporate insolvency on behalf of insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and debtors. Further, Olivia also assists clients involved in commercial litigation cases involving breaches of contract, property disputes, debt recovery, director and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.
Olivia joined Farleys’ Insolvency and Commercial Litigation department in July 2020 as an Insolvency Executive. She then commenced her training contract and completed seats within the insolvency, commercial litigation, and commercial property teams, before qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2024.
Before joining Farleys, Olivia studied at the University of Liverpool, obtaining a first class honours degree in Law in 2019. She then went on to study the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law in 2020 where she achieved a Distinction.
