The team at our Manchester office will be donning their aprons this month to take part in Caketober – a cake-based campaign run by local charity Forever Manchester. The fundraising bake sale, which will take place on the 31st of October in the foyer of our office in Parsonage Gardens, will feature a variety of freshly baked goods with all proceeds going to Forever Manchester.
It is our goal to raise as much money as possible for the charity, so all of our Manchester-based team are getting involved and will be digging out their oven gloves and baking trays!
The charity Forever Manchester invests in the local community helping to inspire its residents through a number of projects and outreach programmes. The programmes funded by the charity not only strengthen community spirit but also enrich peoples lives; helping them gain employment opportunities and relevant skills. So far Forever Manchester have helped over 20,000 community projects, all within the Greater Manchester region.
We hope you can pop down and join us to sample some delicious cakes for what is an excellent cause.
