Reta joined Farleys in 2016 as Head of Marketing across Farleys’ six offices with responsibility for directing the firm’s marketing strategies and plans to support the firm’s overall business objectives.
A Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Reta has over twelve years’ professional services marketing experience with expertise spanning strategy and planning, brand management, digital and social marketing, sponsorship and events.
Reta is also responsible for staff engagement, development and recruitment across the firm. She works with the Partners in the management of Farleys, supporting our employees and working across all of our teams to ensure we that we have happy and engaged team across the firm.
As a keen supporter of the future of the profession, Reta is also heavily involved with the trainee recruitment and training at Farleys.
Reta is a Trustee of the firm’s charity, the Farleys Foundation and also a Trustee at Cancer Help Preston (a local charity providing cancer support services).
Outside of work she is a long-suffering Newcastle United fan and regularly travels to watch the England cricket team on international tours.
