Chambers Farleys 2014 logoThe personal injury team at Farleys has been ranked amongst the leading firms in the region in one of the UK’s foremost guides to the legal profession. In the latest Chambers and Partners Guide, considered ‘the bible’ in the legal profession, Farleys is the only Lancashire-based firm to be ranked in the Personal Injury category. The department, which specialises in dealing with all types of accident, including workplace accidents, car accidents and catastrophic injuries, and medical negligence, represents clients from across the region and is commended in the Guide for the quality of advice to clients.

Researchers behind the Chambers & Partners guide, which ranks firms based on client and peer interviews, commented on the department’s wealth of expertise, including their work acting for clients involved in road traffic accidents. The department’s capabilities for handling high profile abuse cases were also highlighted in the guide.

Senior Partner and Personal Injury Solicitor Michael Corrigan commented: “To be recognised in such a prestigious publication as Chambers & Partners is in itself a major achievement, but to be rated first in Lancashire demonstrates the dedication and commitment myself and the team put into each and every case. It is important to us that each client secures the maximum level of compensation they deserve and are at all times dealt with by one of our senior solicitors, each of whom has many years of experience practicing exclusively in this area of law. The ranking in Chambers is further recognition of the quality service we pride ourselves on providing to all of our clients”.

The Chambers and Partners ranking follows the earlier success from the Legal 500 ratings as Farleys were once again among the top rated firms in the Lancashire. The personal injury team were commended for their provision of outstanding legal services in the guide on behalf of their work for claimants.
