Trainees webWe are pleased to announce the appointment of four new trainee solicitors across our Lancashire offices. Gaining placements in both private and commercial areas of practice, the new talent will gain invaluable experience at our leading firm. Lauren Birchall, Natalie Fitzmaurice, Rebecca Woollam and Jenny Goodwin all join the team to complete our highly praised two year training programme, thereafter qualifying as solicitors.

Having previously undertaken work experience at our thriving Manchester office, Lauren Birchall will be joining the award winning family law team based in Blackburn. The department has enjoyed considerable expansion appointing a new partner and solicitor over recent months, highlighting their continued growth.

The commercial department will welcome Natalie Fitzmaurice as she joins the team’s dedicated business law office at Shadsworth Business Park. Specialising in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, the team have gained an enviable reputation among businesses, praised for their innovative and practical approach.

Jenny Goodwin will take up a position in our Civil Litigation department based in Accrington. The litigation team will also gain the expertise of Rebecca Woollam. Upon joining the Farleys team in 2014 as a paralegal, Rebecca showed a particular aptitude for civil matters and as such, has been awarded a traineeship. In this respect, Rebecca joins current trainee Laura Murphy in Farleys’ home grown talent scheme, a programme that encourages and supports the progression of employees within the firm.

Training Partner, Nick Molyneux, commented: “We are pleased to welcome the new trainees to the firm. The legal sector is a highly competitive industry and we are always on the lookout for new talent that will be able to assist with our continued growth.

“On behalf of the firm we wish them all the best in their placements and in their future success here at Farleys Solicitors.”
