Mzee Mohammed, aged 18, died on the evening of 13th July 2016 after being detained by security staff and Merseyside Police at the Liverpool One shopping centre.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission would like to speak to people who may have witnessed events leading up to this incident and are particularly keen to speak to a female, who is thought to be a key witness to the events leading up to the incident and may be able to provide important information about events inside the Chips A GoGo Kiosk outside John Lewis at Liverpool One.
