The corporate team at Farleys have advised DMACK tyres, a world motor sport leader in tyre design and manufacturing, over the signing of Fiorenzo Brivio as he joins the UK company.
With over 30 years of experience in Pirelli’s motorsport team, the addition of Brivio to DMACK is set to strengthen the company’s impressive profile. The move will enable DMACK to strengthen its range of motor sport tyres and move into new sporting disciplines as they look to develop new products.
Partner and head of corporate law, Debbie King, oversaw the negotiations regarding the terms on which Brivio would be engaged by the company, acting as a liaison between Brivio’s Italian lawyers and DMACK. Following months of careful negotiations a package was agreed to entice Brivio to join DMACK.
Managing Director of DMACK, Dick Cormack, said: “DMACK has achieved an enormous amount in the last five years but now it’s time for us to raise the bar another level. Fiorenzo’s appointment will ensure we have the technical expertise within DMACK and I believe his knowledge of motorsport compounds and constructions is both unrivalled and invaluable. Our goal is to partner with a top WRC manufacturer and we’re now one step closer to achieving that.”
