Farleys has once again supported Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas campaign, collecting over 70 gifts to be donated to disadvantaged children in East Lancashire. Staff across our Accrington, Burnley, Blackburn and Manchester offices were all encouraged to pick up an extra gift whilst out shopping this festive season to support the charity’s annual appeal.
Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas campaign is designed to bring Christmas joy to children aged 0 to 18 years in the Lancashire area that would otherwise not experience any. Every year the charity, along with many generous organisations across the region, gather and wrap presents to give out to disadvantaged children in time for Christmas.
Farleys staff donated over 70 gifts to help out with this year’s campaign – a fantastic contribution that will bring smiles to the faces of so many children this year.
Cash for Kids is a network of charities that work together to bring relief to local communities with high rates of child poverty. Each year they work tirelessly to raise desperately needed funds for children and young people who are victims of abuse and neglect. The money which is raised locally is fed directly back into that community, benefiting local children and helping to bring them hope at what should be a magical time of year for every child.
