Partner and head of Corporate Law Debbie King has been shortlisted for Legal Advisor of the Year at the annual Lancashire Women in Business Awards.
The awards, hosted by Downtown in Business, are a celebration of female leadership in Lancashire. Unlike other awards 50 percent of the outcome is down to public vote, which places the decision firmly in the region’s hands.
Since successfully launching the firm’s specialist corporate department in 2003, Debbie has continued to further establish Farleys as legal experts in the North West business community. Over the past twelve months alone the corporate department have assisted in a number of high profile company sales and purchases. Notable deals include advising DMACK a world motor sport leader in the signing of Italian motorsport engineer Fiorenzo Brivio and the management buy out of SBT Engineering Services Ltd.
