North West law firm Farleys Solicitors has made an appointment to its corporate law team in Manchester, which will expand its offering across the region.

Solicitor Zoe Loo has joined Farleys from the company and commercial department at a firm in Hertfordshire.

Zoe, a fluent Malay and Mandarin speaker, began her legal career in Malaysia before joining a firm in Singapore working in a family law department for three years. She moved to the UK in 2021 and passed the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme on her first sitting.

Zoe is keen to use her expertise to assist businesses across the North West with particular focus on business owners within the prominent Chinese and Malaysian communities in Manchester.

She is able to assist with a wide variety of corporate and commercial law matters and takes a hands-on approach with corporate transactions, group restructures, commercial and business contracts, terms and conditions, share buybacks and share transfers, shareholders agreements and articles of association, company start-ups and formations.
