Staff at Farleys’ Preston office , on Winckley Square, are appealing for food and toiletries donations in aid of Penwortham Food Bank (Churches Together) to help them create food parcels for the most vulnerable during the winter months.
Farleys Manchester, who have recently relocated to 196 Deansgate, will be supporting The Mustard Tree, a Manchester charity working to assist the growing number of homeless people in the city by providing food and resources to get those who find themselves homeless back on their feet.
Over in Burnley, the team are collecting supplies for Gateway which houses people from the Burnley area who have been left homeless with no where else to go, particularly those with complex needs.
Finally, the firm’s Accrington office will provide a base for collections of food and toiletries in aid of Maundy Relief, a charity that provides food parcels and a listening ear to people in crisis.
Reta Madgin, Marketing Manager at Farleys, commented,
“Through our work, we often work with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities and have seen how they struggle for the things many of us take for granted like food and toiletries. As a result, Farleys’ staff are passionate about giving something back this Christmas.”
“We hope that friends and contacts across the North West will join us by dropping their donations at one of our six collection points.”
Farleys’ Christmas Collection will take place from Monday 3rd to Monday 17th of December 2018. If you would like to make a donation please visit one of Farleys’ six offices between these dates. For further information, please contact the team on 0845 287 0939 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
