With considerable commercial expertise and experience, Victoria provides pragmatic and commercially focused advice and business solutions to employers on all areas of HR and employment law. These areas include employee exits, settlement agreements, redundancies, re-structures, disciplinary, dismissal and grievance matters, TUPE, performance management and sickness absence together with contracts of employment, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements and service agreements.
Victoria is also highly experienced in employment law and HR for employees; providing straightforward and efficient advice on an employee’s legal position and his/her options. Victoria provides expert advice in relation to settlement agreements and termination/severance packages and negotiations, contracts of employment and disputes, disciplinary action, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, grievances, breach of contract, bullying and harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Victoria has vast experience of representing both employers and employees with Employment Tribunal claims, defences and proceedings.
