Solicitor
Amy’s first experience in corporate law was with Farleys in 2015 as a Commercial Executive. Amy then undertook experience in various national law firms before commencing her training contract with Farleys in September 2020 and qualifying into the firm’s corporate department in September 2022.
Prior to qualification Amy completed seats within the corporate, commercial property and family departments having spent the majority of her training contract within the corporate team.
Amy deals with mergers, acquisitions, shareholders agreements and articles of association, re-structures, managements buy-outs, company start-ups and formations and share option/incentive schemes.
Amy graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First Class Honours Law degree in July 2019. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law at the University of Law where she graduated with a distinction in 2020.
Amy prides herself on her approachability, strong work ethic and dedication to her career whilst taking a grounded approach. Outside of work Amy enjoys going to the gym, walking and spending time with friends & family.
