Two colleagues from Farleys Solicitors have been named as finalists at the Sub36 Awards 2026. Sophie Henrys, Marketing Manager, is shortlisted in the Marketing and Creative category, while Megan Billington, Private Client Solicitor, is a finalist for the Professional Services Award.
The Sub36 Awards by Lancashire Business View celebrate the county’s next generation of business talent. They recognise people under the age of 36 who are making an impact across the county’s businesses and communities, including apprentices, future leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, business owners and rising stars.
The Marketing and Creative Award represents young professionals who use creativity, strategy and communication to help businesses stand out and connect with their audiences. The Professional Services Award celebrates rising Talent in sectors such as law, finance, accountancy and consultancy, with a focus on specialist expertise, client service and professional contribution.
Sophie has been with the firm since 2026 and is an accredited ACIM, bringing more than a decade of marketing experience to her role. She leads strategic marketing activity across the firm, helping to strengthen its brand, reputation and profile across its offices.Her work covers brand management, digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, events and email marketing. Sophie also contributes to the wider community through her role on the Local Executive Board for Cash for Kids Lancashire.
Megan is an Associate in Farleys’ Private Client team, working across the firm’s East Lancashire and Shadsworth offices. She advises clients on matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, personal injury trusts, probate and estate administration. She joined Farleys in July 2021 as a paralegal before training with the firm and qualifying into the Private Client team in September 2025.
