Farleys recently acted alongside the  corporate finance team at PM+M in the acquisition of  Accrington-based engineering firm Tufting Machinery Services Limited.

The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

The deal sees Chris McGonagle and John Heap acquire the business from directors Eugene Regan and Paul Grant who are retiring. Both Eugene and Paul will continue to be involved in the business for an agreed handover period.

Farleys provided legal advice, whilst PM+M provided corporate finance advice, deal support and fundraising services; and NatWest funded the deal.
