RACHEL Adamson, Associate Partner at Northwest firm Farleys Solicitors LLP, has been recognised by the Legal Services Commission as a Supervisor specialising in VHCC fraud cases.
Rising from the level of Grade A Litigator, itself only attainable after amassing over 1000 hours experience in relevant criminal cases, Rachel joins firm’s Partner Paul Schofield in being awarded recognition as a Supervisor by the LSC.
Farleys’ Partner Paul Schofield said of Rachel’s success,
“Rachel never gives less than 100% on any of her cases and it is only fitting that the LSC has recognised that in this way. Not only does it enhance Rachel’s professional reputation, it improves the firm’s standing, now having 2 Supervisors for fraud matters within the Special Casework team.”
Rachel has been a criminal lawyer since 1994, and has been specialising in fraud and complex business crime cases for most of her career, having most recently been involved in the defence of MTIC / Carousel and complex company fraud matters.
Of her own success, Rachel says,
“I’m proud to have attained the level of Supervisor and recognition for my work and experience in this field. The LSC lay down strict requirements and to have successfully satisfied these is both a professional and personal achievement.”
Farleys Solicitors Special Casework Unit has been established since 1999 and has defended hundreds of both national and local clients, in every area of serious and business crime.
