We are extremely proud to announce that Farleys Solicitors have been shortlisted for the Manchester Legal Awards in the category of Law Firm of the Year (Medium). This recognises Farleys as one of the leading medium sized law firms in Manchester.
The Manchester Legal Awards are organised by Manchester Law Society to “recognise and reward the wide range of skills and talent this region has to offer” to the legal sector. Farleys’ Fraud and Business Crime team were shortlisted back in 2014 for the Crime Team of the Year award, and subsequently won the same award in 2015 but this is the first time the firm as a whole has been recognised at the awards.
A member of the Farleys team will be interviewed by the judging panel in the next stage of the awards in order to determine the overall winner which will be announced at a glamorous black tie awards dinner in March.
Farleys’ partner and head of the firm’s commercial department, Ian Liddle, commented on the nomination:
“We have provided legal services to businesses and private clients from our Manchester office for ten years and it is fantastic to have been recognised for the hard work we do in the city. This past year has been a particularly successful one with many of our specialist departments working on a number of high profile cases.
