Victoria graduated from the University of Manchester with a geography degree. Finding herself working for a law firm in Wigan she went on to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009.
Victoria made the move to Farleys in December 2023 following 17 years at her previous firm in Bolton. She specialises in Court of Protection work and also has experience in all aspects of Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Victoria is a full member of STEP (Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners) with an Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
