Associate Partner
Sean is a solicitor with more than 15 years of experience in private client law, specialising in Wills and probate. Sean advises clients in respect of Wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other related matters. Sean also has previous experience in litigation, which proves useful in identifying issues that could potentially arise in the future and the most appropriate ways of avoiding them.
Sean joined Farleys as part of the firm’s acquisition of Alker Ball Healds in April 2025, having been with Alker Ball Healds since 2015, heading up the Wills and Probate Department.
Before embarking on his career in law, Sean graduated from Lancaster University with an LLB Honours Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
Away from work, he is a keen follower and founding member of FC United.
