Joining Farleys in 2013, Rachel advises businesses and individuals in connection with all types of commercial litigation.

Providing legal and commercial advice in relation to Court and Tribunal proceedings, arbitration and mediation, Rachel is experienced in dealing with all kinds of commercial disputes including shareholders disputes, professional negligence claims, property litigation, claims for breach of contract and banking disputes (including interest rate swap agreement claims). She also has experience in acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners, including claims against directors.

Rachel has a particular interest in professional negligence claims against solicitors and surveyors and has dealt with numerous high value complex claims in this area.
