Libby joined Farleys in April 2025 as People and Culture Advisor. She brings with her eight years of experience in the People and Culture space, having worked across both the healthcare and construction sectors.
In her role, Libby focuses on supporting teams across the firm, helping to strengthen workplace culture and navigating the varied HR challenges that come with people-focused environments. She is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where people can thrive.
