Chartered Legal Executive

Kathryn is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 30 years’ experience supporting individuals through every stage of a personal injury claim.

She combines deep technical knowledge with a calm, practical approach that keeps clients informed and in control.

Her work spans the full spectrum of claimant personal injury matters, including employers’ liability, product liability, tripping and slipping incidents, public liability, industrial injury, and road traffic accident claims. Whether negotiating early resolution or preparing meticulously for litigation, Kathryn focuses on clear advice, sensible strategy, and achieving fair outcomes for the people she represents.

Kathryn qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 1998 and spent many years in the personal injury department at Alker Ball Healds before joining Farleys following the firm’s acquisition in April 2025. Her long tenure in claimant work and her insight into how defendants and insurers operate mean clients benefit from seasoned judgment and steady guidance from first instruction to final settlement.
