What people say about Jackie

"I just want to say a genuine thank you to everyone involved, and especially to Jackie. I know she went the extra mile and gave up part of her camping weekend to deal with the last-minute changes, and that was really appreciated. It made a real difference in making sure we were not left worse off and that our interests were properly protected. It has been a complex process at times, particularly towards the end, so I do not take for granted the time and effort that went in to getting this over the line."
