Erica is a Solicitor in the commercial property team at Farleys, having joined the firm in April 2025 as part of Farleys’ acquisition of Alker Ball Healds.
Erica achieved a 2:1 law degree at Bangor University in 2018, followed by her Masters and LPC and has been working in the legal sector ever since. Erica completed her training contract at Alker Ball Healds, gaining valuable experience within conveyancing, civil litigation, family law, and commercial property before taking on a permanent role within the commercial property team upon qualification.
Most of Erica’s spare time is taken up by her twin girls, but she loves spending as much time with her family as she can, as well as eating out with friends, watching live music, and going on holiday.
