Ed Lowther

Trainee Solicitor

Ed joined Farleys in September 2025 as a File Opening Administrator. Following this, he spent three months travelling across South East Asia before commencing his training contract with the firm. He is currently undertaking the first seat of his training contract in the Commercial Litigation team based at the Wigan office.

Ed studied Law at Lancaster University, graduating with First Class Honours. He is currently working towards qualification as a solicitor through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.

Outside of work, Ed is passionate about health and fitness and can often be found running or in the gym. He has a keen interest in DJing and producing house music and is also a season ticket holder at Burnley FC.
