Paralegal
Daniel is a Paralegal in the residential conveyancing department at Farleys, joining in April 2025 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Alker Ball Healds. He assists the team in all stages of the conveyancing process, including communicating with clients, other side legal teams, and third parties.
Daniel typically handles the early stages of matters, contract packs, and property searches and enquiries, and also post-completion work, archiving and correspondence.
Daniel joined Alker Ball Healds in 2024, having previously completed work experience in Public Family Law at Manchester City Council. He completed his undergraduate degree in Literature and History at Keele University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam before completing the GDL Law Conversion and LPC with Legal Masters at the University of Law, with Distinctions for both.
Outside of work, Daniel has trained and boarded Guide Dogs since 2014 and currently volunteers with Guide Dogs. He is a founding member of the 93% Club Professionals and also has interests in writing historical fiction and art.
