Cliona Carey

Trainee Solicitor

Cliona joined Farleys in October 2023 as a Legal Assistant in the firm’s Actions Against Detaining Authorities (AADA) department. She commenced her training contract in September 2025 and is currently undertaking her third seat in the Corporate team, having previously completed seats in Inquests and Family.

Prior to joining Farleys, Cliona graduated from Newcastle University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law. She is currently completing the LPC LLM at the University of Law alongside her training, further developing her legal knowledge and practical experience.

Outside of work, Cliona enjoys listening to live Irish music and spending time with friends and family.
