Amy Fulton

Senior Associate

Amy is a Senior Associate Solicitor based at our East Lancashire offices in Padiham. Prior to joining Farleys, Amy qualified as a Solicitor in 2013, having completed her training at a Legal 500 specialist personal injury firm in Manchester.

With over 15 years’ experience in personal injury, Amy represents clients across a broad range of personal injury matters, from straightforward claims to complex and life-changing injuries. Her experience includes claims arising from workplace accidents, accidents in public places and road traffic accidents, across both fast-track and multi-track litigation. She also has experience acting for defendants, giving her a valuable understanding of claims from both perspectives.

Amy takes a straightforward and practical approach to her work, providing clear advice and support to her clients while working to achieve the best possible outcome for each claim.
