Emma Kelly

Trainee Solicitor

Emma joined Farleys in September 2026 as a Trainee Solicitor after securing a place on the firm’s training programme. She is currently undertaking her first seat in the Actions Against Detaining Authorities (AADA) team.

Emma graduated from the University of York in 2025 with a 2:1 degree in Law. She is currently studying part-time for the LLM SQE 1&2 at BPP University, working towards qualification while continuing to develop her legal knowledge and practical experience. Prior to joining Farleys, Emma spent five months backpacking across Asia.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys playing football, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
