Lucy Wells

Criminal Executive

Lucy joined Farleys in October 2025 as a Criminal Executive within the firm’s Criminal Law department. Prior to joining Farleys, Lucy began her legal career at a Preston-based firm specialising exclusively in criminal matters. Starting as a legal secretary, it was here that she discovered her passion for Criminal Law and began to develop her expertise in the field. Building on this experience, Lucy progressed to the role of Paralegal, where she began her training to become a police station accredited representative.

At Farleys, Lucy assists on a wide range of criminal cases, from minor offences to more serious and complex matters. She also regularly attends police stations to advise and represent clients during interviews under caution, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support throughout the process.
