Solicitor
Zoe joined Farleys in July 2023, specialising in corporate and commercial matters. She deals with and supports the team on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. Zoe takes a hands-on approach with corporate transactions, group restructures, commercial and business contracts, terms and conditions, share buybacks and share transfers, shareholders agreements and articles of association, company start-ups and formations. As a part of her role, she works closely with Partner, Richard Bell.
Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after successfully passing her Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme in her first sitting. Prior to joining Farleys, she spent 2 years working within the company commercial department of a well-known firm in Hertfordshire. She was also a lawyer in Malaysia and spent 3 and a half years in Singapore working with a family law firm.
In her spare time, Zoe enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and pets, as well as being outdoors. She also enjoys board games and gaming.
Zoe is also fluent in Malay and Mandarin.
