Chartered Legal Executive
Emma started her legal career over ten years ago working in Family law, she began studying for her LLB (Hons) degree at UCLAN part time, successfully gaining her degree in 2013. She then went on to continue her studies and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Emma spent over six successful years working in private practice in Manchester specialising in a niche area of criminal law. In 2021 she joined Farleys to restart her work in family law and specialises in Children Act matters including Care proceedings.
