The corporate department of North West law firm Farleys Solicitors have assisted Caprica Healthcare, a specialist in private medical insurance services, during the sale of their business to Stackhouse Poland. The deal is set to more than double Stackhouse Poland’s health insurance activities.
Caprica, who provide services to both commercial and private clients, was founded in 2008 by partners Peter Shaw and Kath Grimshaw.
Shaw and Grimshaw have released a joint statement;
“We are thrilled to have agreed terms with Stackhouse Poland to acquire our business and excited at the opportunities our new partnership brings for the benefit of our clients as we continue to grow the business.

Caprica were advised by Associate Partner Charlotte Mills of Farleys Solicitors’ corporate law team.
