After a six-year break, the Sub36 Awards made their return on Friday 16th October, shining a spotlight on the talented young professionals making their mark across the region.

Farleys was delighted to see two colleagues named among this year’s finalists. Megan Billington, an Associate in our Private Client team, was shortlisted for the Professional Services Award, with Marketing Manager Sophie Henrys recognised in the Marketing & Creative category.

Celebrating high-achieving professionals under the age of 36, the awards highlight those already making a meaningful difference within their organisations, industries, and local communities. Megan and Sophie’s inclusion reflects the energy, expertise, and commitment they each bring to Farleys.

The evening brought further cause for celebration when Sophie was announced as the winner of the Marketing & Creative Award.

Sophie has been instrumental in strengthening the Farleys brand, leading creative campaigns, events, digital content, and charitable initiatives. Her fresh ideas and enthusiasm for showcasing the firm, its people, and its work in the community continue to support Farleys’ growth and success.

Megan’s place on the shortlist was also a proud moment for the firm. In her role as an Associate within our Private Client team, she supports clients with wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Her approachable service, technical expertise, and ongoing contribution to the team have established her as one of the region’s emerging legal talents.
