With over 12 years’ experience specialising exclusively in property law, Ricky is a specialist property lawyer advising on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

He acts for commercial clients, investors, and individuals, and is regularly recommended by estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals for his pragmatic and personable approach to technically challenging matters.

He has particular expertise in statutory lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement matters, and the rectification of defective titles, particularly where matters involve technical title issues. Ricky is also fluent in Spanish and has developed a niche practice advising Spanish-speaking clients from Spain and Latin America in relation to property matters and transactions in England and Wales.
