Liz Pelleymounter

Senior Associate

Liz has over 20 years experience of working in a solicitors, having started out as an Office Junior and working her way up to a Paralegal. She successfully completed the Cilex Level III Certificate in Law and Practice. She has worked in commercial property for 10 years and residential property for the last 10, being a Residential Conveyancer for the last few years.

She has specialised in dealing with all aspects of sales and purchases, deeds of gift, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, also dealing with help to buy equity transactions, and matters involving help to buy ISAs and Lifetime ISAs.

Liz prides herself on keeping clients as up-to-date as possible throughout a transaction and believes that communication is key in seeing a transaction through from start to finish. Liz says the best part of her job is telling clients to go and collect their keys.
