Amanda is Partner and Head of our Residential Property Department with over twenty-five years’ experience in conveyancing.

After gaining her qualifications as a Legal Executive, Amanda went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2005 after attending Manchester Metropolitan University where she completed her Legal Practice Course.

She deals with all aspects of residential sales and purchases, mortgages and re mortgages, buy-to-lets, auction purchases and off plan development purchases. Having lived in the area all of her life, she can make an enormous difference and has developed excellent working relationships with all local estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, chartered surveyors and other professionals working alongside her in your property transaction.
