Whether he’s supporting the growth of legal teams or helping shape the firm’s hiring strategy, Iain is known for his ability to listen, understand, and deliver. He works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure every new hire not only brings the right skills but also fits the culture and values that make Farleys unique.
Iain’s background spans both agency and in-house legal recruitment, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what makes a successful hire. He’s especially passionate about creating inclusive hiring processes and making sure every candidate has a positive experience, from first contact to final offer.
Outside of work, Iain enjoys dabbling in music production, going to gigs, watching Fylde play rugby, and playing poker.
